Apologies

My last post was a little too vague. No I am not pregnant. We are moving a couple houses down into a 3 bd house that Josh's parents purchased as a rental. We will be doing a lot of home improvements on it before we move in. I will try to take before and after pictures to share. Sorry for the miscommunication.

As a side note, isn't it funny how we avoid the subject of sex like a plague, yet when it comes to babies/pregnancy no one is shy about asking, telling or giving advice? I shamelessly do it too! The moment you are married people are asking about pregnancies, and some people sweetly reply, "We are trying." Do we not realize that we are really asking about their sex life? And the demure answer of "we are trying" really means "we are doing it night and day in every feasible location/position with no luck yet, but we'll keep trying!" Sorry if this is too much, I just find it slightly amusing.

You crack me up. I think along those same lines. I think it would be hilarious to actually say to someone, the whole every possible position/location bit and see how they react!

HAHAHAHAHA! This totally made my day. I feel the same way!! I used get really bugged when the in-laws had asked us "Are you trying yet?". Because what they are really asking is, "So are you having sex with no preventative measures yet???" It's just awkward. LOL. Why is it such a taboo subject?

Yes it is funny. Like Melinda said her co-worker told her "Congrats" for trying to get pregnant which really means "Congrats" for having sex. haha. We live in a strange world. I thought it was funny in The Work and The Glory books, back then they used to say a woman was "in the family way" when she was pregnant. WTF? That is a strange way to put it.
